Description
In this action RPG, you play as a character with a name of your choice, living in a big house with all of his friends. One day, a bunch of kids break in to your house and attempt to steal all of your food. Your character sets out to find out why. Guide him through this large world and solve the mystery of why everyone's food is being stolen.
Though the storyline has a random and somewhat childlike feel to it, it's still a fun experience. With two different endings and 3 difficulties, there's a lot of replay value as well.
The game features random battles in various locations, usually either on the world map or in dungeons. You fight on side-scrolling stages in which you can jump, attack, block with your shield or use items from the menu. You may also flee from battle if you don't want to fight. Almost every action in battle takes stamina, and you are stunned for a very long time if you run out, so battle can get fairly strategic.
When you level up, you are given a single point to distribute between 6 statistics. The game can either be somewhat easy, or incredibly difficult depending on how you use these points.
There are minigames to play, 10 different weapons to obtain, many bosses to battle and 3 long dungeons to overcome. A must play for action RPG fans.
