Entry update by pitermach: In April 2022, the Audiogame association overhalled their infrastructure, which also included the activation system of their games. Unfortunately many of their older titles including this one could not be updated. As a result, this game is no longer available for purchase. Blind Gladiator is Audio It's take on the bloody combat of the Roman empire. Choose one of a number of classes and prepare to enter the Arena, where you'll be pitted against various fighting men, women and even wild beasts. Work up from being an unknown newbie through first the local regions, then the provinces, to eventually fight before the Emperor himself at Rome's coliseum, perhaps earning your freedom, should you survive.
In the game, use either left and right arrows to avoid oncoming attacks and down to dodge for central attacks when you hear your opponent swing. Block with shield or up arrow, then hit the spacebar to retaliate. On Ios tilt your device left or right or back, and block by holding your finger on the screen, and tap to attack.
Each bout you survive will award you with gold which can be used to buy new armour, weapons and shields, get your injuries healed at the in, or even use a number of salves and potions to give you an edge in battle.
With high quality sound , several different opponents and an expanding inventory of gear to choose from, some extra bloodthirsty audio commentary, versions available in English, Spanish and the original Italian, Blind Gladiator is just what your looking for if you want a quick and violent game. It's especially recommended for quick play on the go with Ios using the tilt function of your device for that extra challenge. The game costs just 3 usd, or 3.90 euroes. Sales are also common, and you can also buy the game as part of an audio ap bundle with some of Audio It's other games if you want to pick it up for less.
